GRAZING TABLE MENU

Listed below are some different options displayed on our grazing tables, however may vary on the options chosen by the client.

  • Fresh Gourmet bread, Grissini Sticks, Lavosh Breads, Bacco flat Bread, Water crackers, Bread Loaves, French Sticks

  • Assorted dipping oil – garlic/chilli/lemon

  • Antipasti – semi dried tomatoes, Olives, mixed antipasto. artichokes, baby gherkins, marinated eggplant, chargrilled vegetables as an option,  Bell Peppers

  • Cured meats - ie:  Prosciutto, Soccerball Ham, Casalinga Salami, Coppa, Pancetta, Deluxe Ham, Porchetta

  • Cheese  selection of  ie: Grano Padano, Provolone, Jahlsberg, Blue, brie, Camembert, Buffalo mozzarella, Burrata, Goats Cheese

  • Fresh fruit, dried fruit , nuts (please advise if any nut allergies)

  • Quince paste or Fig Paste

  • Assorted Dips

  • The Menu listed above is a standard menu, we can customise any menu to suit your choice with added canapes and hot food to be placed on the grazing table.
